We’re expanding our Associate Roster

Embode is building out our pool of associates for human rights due diligence and social sustainability projects across Asia and beyond.

We’re particularly keen to hear from people based in Malaysia, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Vietnam and Brazil, though we welcome applications from other locations too.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience conducting HR due diligence, human rights impact assessments, or similar on-site/on-the-ground assessment experience (factory audits, supplier assessments, worker interviews, or comparable fieldwork)
• Any additional relevant experience: labour rights, responsible recruitment, social compliance auditing, supply chain sustainability, or related fields
• Fluency in English and the local language(s) of your country or region of operation

About the role:

This is a roster position. Successful applicants join our associate pool and are engaged on a project basis as opportunities arise, rather than through a fixed contract.
