HP 2024 Sustainable Impact Report

In HP’s 2024 Sustainable Impact Report, HP reported their participation in the Ganapati Initiative, which is Embode’s supplier-centric systems-building programme dedicated to strengthening labour standards and responsible recruitment across supply chains. The programme provides enrolled suppliers with tailored technical capability building services, in the areas of foreign employment processes, contracting standards, safe working conditions, grievance mechanisms and more. 

The Ganapati Initiative is being implemented across Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore and Indonesia. The programme works across all sectors of Tier 1 and Tier 2 manufacturing, from food and other fast-moving goods, to packaging, electronics, and more. Technical expertise imparted is fully aligned with international and national HRDD requirements.
